The position of the hotel was excellent and great, to metro station of Ucyuzlu. Thanks to very polite staff the atmosphere was quiet.

The staff at Retaj was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One member of the staff, Ahmed, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The restaurant at the hotel was outstanding, offering delicious meals that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the spa and pool facilities were well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

The hotel is very far away from the sights. We were travelling with the pram and it was about 800 metres to the right bus stop.

Hotel was in an ideal location for me. All of workers are very friendly. Very helpful. Anas Esra Anıl Baki deserve special praise from me. They fulfilled all of my wishes, even if it was 3 at night.

Had an absolutely amazing stay here. Stayed for 3 nights in this well-maintained and comfy place, enjoyed that. The location was magnificent and particularly good for Istanbul, just next door to a hyper market called Metro, a yellow taxi, and Taksim square. Tried some takeout specials at Mcdonald's, luckily it was at a medium distance from the venue. The staff were supper friendly, had a great attitude. The breakfast offered a huge variety of options and was plentiful and satisfactory.

Facilities were clean, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

It has impressive and spacious rooms to offer with coffee as well as shampoo. Hotel provides good meals. Great service, the breakfast was plentiful and good and they have free parking if needed.
